Contact Support
A monitored Bellrise support email will be added before launch. When contacting support, include:
- Your iPhone model
- Your iOS version
- The Bellrise version you are using
- Whether Alarm and Notification permissions are allowed
- The wake plan, nap, or setting involved
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened
Alarm Permission
Bellrise needs Alarm permission to schedule wake-up plans, backup alarms, normal alarms, and nap timers. If alarms are not scheduling, open iOS Settings and confirm Bellrise is allowed to use alarms.
Notification Permission
Bellrise uses notifications only for temporary schedule reminders, such as skip tomorrow and one-day time changes. If reminders are not appearing, open iOS Settings and confirm Bellrise is allowed to send notifications.
Temporary Schedule Reminders
When Bellrise sends a temporary schedule reminder, open Bellrise from the reminder so the app can apply or restore the relevant schedule change.
iOS Version
Bellrise is designed for iOS 26 or later and uses Apple alarm features that require supported iPhone software.
Privacy
Bellrise does not use a contact form, analytics, newsletter signup, cookies, ads, or tracking on this support page. The Bellrise privacy policy is available at https://bellrise.app/privacy.
